Honestly… we want to be where you aren’t.
Not YOU specifically, YOU are wonderful, I know that because YOU are reading this. I mean the hordes. We research so we can go places where there’s not a lot of tourists. That does NOT mean we go to boring places. We find really cool hidden gems. And it helps that we see the beauty in the “unloved places”–the lunar landscapes, the two-track stretching out to infinity, where the cows go when they can’t go home.
I’m the photographer, naturalist, and recorder. He’s the driver, the jerry-rigger, and the Cheesehead. Our two beastie besties are Wirehaired Pointing Griffons.
We aren’t off to see the world. We want to see the earth.
