A trip to Scotland’s middle! This hub and spoke itinerary began with three days in Edinburgh, then west to Ardnamurchan (where?!), a hop over to Uist on the CalMac ferry, a stop at Glencoe, and a few days on the east coast of Aberdeenshire. A study in Scottish whisky, seafood, and my ancient roots in the MacKenzie clan.
